Qi Qong and Tai Chi are among the world’s oldest proven methods
for promoting physical and mental health, and minimizing the effects
of aging. The soft graceful movements and relaxed - aligned postures are
low impact exercise which strengthens joints, muscles and connective
tissues without fear of injury. Balance, posture, and breathing are all
strengthened with minimal effort and stress to the body. At the intermediate
to advanced levels these movements are adapted for effective self protection.
Curriculum integrates forms and exercises of Qi Gong, Yang and Chen style
Tai Chi. and Aiki energy flow training.

INSTRUCTORS: Instruction staff are Certified Tai Chi Instructors with training in China and Japan.
