The LIASC Yoga Program is eclectic  integrating the best of several yoga styles and traditions.
The curriculum includes the easier Hatha Yoga and Japanese aiki taiso exercises as well as Chinese
standing yoga (Qi Qong) which can be easily practiced regardless of age, physical condition or disability.
The simple postures, gentle movements and breathing exercises have a powerful transformative effect
on mind and body. They are a proven history as the primary form of preventive health care in Asia for
more than 4000 years.
